An almost ever present last season, he helped to provide a standard through a rebuild phase, nurturing youngsters coming through and helping behind the scenes wherever he could.

The Lawyer has been a driving force throughout our extensive preseason programme and leads by example week in week out.

His passion for the sport is second to none and his desire to develop and improve is front and centre every session.
